Garden of Eve

Anna Prohaska performed twice “Apollo e Dafne” at the Handel Festival Halle and in Antwerp with the Il Suonar Parlante Orchestra – one of the concerts were also broadcasted on ARTE TV. Her next program “Garden of Eve”, together with pianist Julius Drake, is a very diverse collection of songs by Fauré, Ravel, Present Brahms, Debussy, Reimann and many more, all revolving around the theme of Eve in Paradise, the committed sin, the expulsion from paradise and then the constant search for it.

Concerts with this program take place in June at Schloss Elmau, on the Isle of Man (UK), at Hindsgavl Castle in Denmark and at the chamber music festival of Lockenhaus (AT).
